Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of growth opportunity, and corporate governance on company value with corporate social responsibility as a moderation variable. The population in this study consists of Basic Industrial and Chemical Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022. The sample selection of this study used the purposive sampling method, and a total of 105 samples were obtained according to the criteria. This research was processed using SPSS 25. This research shows the results of growth opportunity have a negative effect on company value, corporate governance with a proxy of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and independent commissioners have a positive effect on company value, Corporate social responsibility is unable to moderate the effect of growth opportunity on corporate value, corporate social responsibility is unable to moderate the influence of managerial ownership and Independent Commissioners on corporate value, and corporate social responsibility is able to moderate the influence of institutional ownership on corporate value. Additional Information:	Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh growth opportunity, dan corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari, Perusahaan Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2022. Pemilihan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan didapatkan total sampe sebanyak 105 sampel sesuai dengan kriteria. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SPSS 25. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil yaitu growth opportunity berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, corporate governance dengan proksi kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, dan komisaris independen berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, corporate social responsibility tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh growth opportunity terhadap nilai perusahaan, corporate social responsibility tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial dan komisaris Independen terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan corporate social responsibility mampu memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan institusional terhadap nilai perusahaan.
