Abstract

The construction sector is one of the jobs that has a high risk of work accidents because every sequence of work has many potential dangers that can cause injuries, loss of life and property. This research aims to find out what dangers often occur in floor slab and beam work, the level of risk for each job, and find out what risk controls can be used to minimize the occurrence of work accidents on construction projects as well as risk assessments after control. This research was carried out using the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) method which consists of three stages, namely hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control. Hazard identification is obtained based on the project's Job Safety Analysis form. The review used in this research is the floor plates and beams which are part of the building's upper structure which function to transmit gravity and earthquake loads to the column structure. The research results show that there are 55 risks based on the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) form, including falling from a height, being crushed, and waist injuries. Of the 55 risks, there are 12 extreme level risks with a percentage of 22%, 20 high level risks with a percentage of 36%, 23 moderate level risks with a percentage of 42%. Then risk control is obtained according to the control hierarchy in the form of elimination, substitution, engineering control, administrative, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). After controlling, the risk level became extreme level 0%, high level 22%, moderate level 54%, and low level 24%.

Additional Information: Sektor konstruksi merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang memiliki risiko kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi karena setiap urutan pekerjaannya memiliki banyak potensi bahaya yang dapat menyebabkan luka, korban jiwa, serta harta benda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahaya apa saja yang sering terjadi pada pekerjaan pelat lantai dan balok, tingkatan risiko setiap pekerjaan, dan mengetahui pengendalian risiko apa yang dapat digunakan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada proyek konstruksi serta penilaian risiko setelah pengendalian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko dan pengendalian risiko. Identifikasi bahaya didapat berdasarkan dengan form Job Safety Analysis yang dimiliki proyek. Tinjauan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pelat lantai dan balok yang merupakan bagian dari struktur atas bangunan berfungsi menyalurkan beban gravitasi maupun gempa ke struktur kolom. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 55 risiko berdasarkan form Job Safety Analysis (JSA) diantaranya jatuh dari ketinggian, tertimpa, dan cedera pinggang. Dari 55 risiko, terdapat 12 risiko level extreme dengan persentase 22%, 20 risiko level high dengan persentase 36%, 23 risiko level moderate dengan persentase 42%. Kemudian diperoleh pengendalian risiko sesuai hirarki pengendalian berupa eliminasi, subtitusi, engineering control, administratif, dan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). Setelah dilakukannya pengendalian, tingkat risiko menjadi level extreme 0%, level high 22%, level moderate 54%, dan level low 24%.
