Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and achievement motivation with self-regulated learning in college students. The subjects of this research are Untirta postgraduate educational technology students for the 2022 and 2023 academic years. The research method used is a correlational method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data processing was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The research results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between self�efficacy and achievement motivation together with self-regulated learning. The obtained F value = 62.762 and a significance value of 0.000 (p ≤ 0.05) so that it can be stated that the hypothesis is accepted. Overall, students' self-efficacy, achievement motivation and learning independence are in the medium category.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dan motivasi berprestasi dengan kemandirian belajar (self regulated learning) pada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan Pascasarjana Untirta tahun akademik 2022 dan 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode korelasional dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui kuesioner. Adapun pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan kemandirian belajar (self regulated learning), diperoleh nilai F= 62,762 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p ≤ 0,05) sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Secara keseluruhan efikasi diri, motivasi berprestasi, dan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa berada dalam kategori sedang.
