Abstract
This research aims to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding improving MSME performance through Financial Technology, Payment Gateway, and E-Commerce. This research is a type of quantitative research, power was collected using primary data and online questionnaires using Google forms to obtain information from respondents, namely MSMEs in Tangerang City. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results of this research are 1) Financial Technology has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance, 2) Payment Gateway has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance, 3) Financial Technology has a positive and significant effect on E-Commerce, 4) Payment Gateway has a positive and significant effect on E-Commerce, 5) E-Commerce has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance, 6) Financial Technology has a positive and significant effect on E-Commerce in improving MSME Performance, 7) Payment Gateway has a positive and significant effect on E-Commerce in improving MSME Performance. | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai peningkatan Kinerja UMKM melalui Financial Technology, Payment Gateway, dan E-Commerce. Penelitianini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, daya dikumpulkan menggunakan data primer dan kuisioner secara online dengan menggunakan google formulir untuk memperoleh informasi dari responden yaitu pelaku UMKM di Kota Tangerang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) denganPartial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Financial Technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM, 2) Payment Gateway berpengaruh positif tdan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM, 3) Financial Technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap E-Commerce, 4) Payment Gateway berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap E-Commerce, 5) ECommerce berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM, 6) Financial Technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap E-Commerce dalam meningkatkan Kinerja UMKM, 7) Payment Gateway berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap E-Commerce dalam meningkatkan Kinerja UMKM.
