Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of raw material supplies, production processes and equipment maintenance on product quality in the small red brick industry in Cilegon City, whether the influence is partial or simultaneous. There are four variables, namely raw material inventory (X1), production process (X2), equipment maintenance (X3) and product quality (Y). The method used is quantitative and associative research, with a sample of 77 respondents. Data collection included observations, interviews and questionnaires and the results were processed using the SPSS 26 program. The research results show that: (1) The supply of raw materials has a positive and significant effect on product quality. (2) The production process does not have a positive and significant effect on product quality. (3) Equipment maintenance has a positive and significant effect on product quality. (4) Raw material supplies, production processes and equipment maintenance have a positive and significant effect on product quality simultaneously.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh persediaan bahan baku, proses produksi dan pemeliharaan peralatan terhadap kualitas produk pada Industri Kecil Batu Bata Merah di Kota Cilegon, baik itu pengaruh secara parsial ataupun simultan. Terdapat empat variabel yaitu persediaan bahan baku (X1), proses produksi (X2), pemeliharaan peralatan (X3) dan kualitas produk (Y). Metode yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan bersifat penelitian asosiatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 77 reponden. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner serta hasilnya di olah menggunakan program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian bahwa: (1) Persediaan bahan baku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk. (2) Proses produksi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk. (3) Pemeliharaan peralatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk. (4) Persediaan bahan baku, proses produksi dan pemeliharaan peralatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk secara simultan. | |||||||||
