Abstract
Seeing the phenomenon in the field where the high price of tofu and tempeh caused by the lack of supply of soy bean from suppliers, so the tofu and tempeh craftsmen want to further increase the flexibility of supply with their suppliers to avoid a lack of availability of soy bean and improve the performance of the tofu and tempeh supply performance so as to give birth to a satisfaction for consumers. This study aims to examine the direct effect of supply flexibility formed by the dimensions of supplier flexibility and supply network flexibility on supply performance. The sample of this study consisted of 95 tofu and tempeh craftsmen in Pandeglang District by using a simple random sampling technique. The statistical technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) which was tested using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that supply flexibility formed by the dimensions of supplier flexibility on supply performance has a significant positive effect with tcount> ttable (3,267> 1,986) and supply network flexibility has a positive and significant effect on supply performance with tcount > ttable (6,433>1,986).

| Additional Information: | Melihat fenomena di lapangan dimana tingginya harga tahu dan tempe yang diakibatkan kurang tersedianya pasokan kedelai dari pemasok, sehinga para pengrajin tahu dan tempe ingin lebih meningkatkan fleksibilitas pasokan dengan pemasoknya agar tidak terjadi kurangnya ketersediaan pasokan kedelai dan meningkatkan kinerja pasokan tahu dan tempe sehingga melahirkan suatu kepuasan bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung fleksibilitas pasokan yang dibentuk oleh dimensi fleksibilitas pemasok dan fleksbilitas jaringan pasokan terhadap kinerja pasokan. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 95 pengrajin tahu dan tempe di Kabupaten Pandeglang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan simple random sampling. Teknik statistik yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang diuji menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas pasokan yang dibentuk oleh dimensi fleksibilitas pemasok terhadap kinerja pasokan berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan hasil thitung > ttabel (3,267 > 1,986) dan fleksibilitas jaringan pasokan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pasokan dengan hasil thitung> ttabel (6,433 > 1,986). | ||||||
