Abstract
Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (UNTIRTA) has 7 faculties, one of which is the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP). The FKIP UNTIRTA campus has 18 departments and 1 Professional Teacher Education (PPG) and is equipped with buildings, facilities and service centers. The FKIP UNTIRTA campus can accommodate ± 4,300 people consisting of students, lecturers and staff at FKIP UNTIRTA. The aim of this research is to identify the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in accordance with law no. 1 of 1970 and provided a design proposal for an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in accordance with Government Regulation no. 50 of 2012 at FKIP UNTIRTA. The results of this research show that the implementation of K3 at FKIP UNTIRTA is in accordance with law no. 1 of 1970 is interpreted as implementing "Not Good" K3. In designing the SMK3 proposal in accordance with Government Regulation no. 50 of 2012 which consists of three stages, namely the stage of determining the K3 policy in the form of a proposed K3 policy design and the K3 vision and mission of FKIP UNTIRTA. The K3 planning stage consists of identifying potential hazards using the hazard identification risk assessment and risk control (HIRARC) method. The implementation stage of the K3 plan is in the form of a proposed design for the P2K3 FKIP UNTIRTA structure, a proposed evacuation route map design at FKIP UNTIRTA, namely in the CA, CB and CC buildings, while the assembly point is at the FKIP UNTIRTA monument which is 36 m away and parking lot 3 which is 30 m from the nearest building, the proposed K3 display design is an assembly point display and a prohibited sitting display in the building window, proposed design of standard operating procedures (SOP) at FKIP UNTIRTA, which consists of emergency procedures, fire procedures, procedures for using light fire extinguishers (APAR), earthquake procedures, emergency evacuation procedures, procedures for security guard personnel during evacuation, elevator disruption procedures, and power failure procedures, and safety induction design proposals provided in the form of safety induction videos in one of the FKIP UNTIRTA buildings.

Kampus FKIP UNTIRTA memiliki 18 Jurusan dan 1 Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) serta dilengkapi dengan gedung, fasilitas dan pusat layanan. Kampus FKIP UNTIRTA mampu menampung sebanyak ± 4.300 orang yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, dosen, dan staff yang ada di FKIP UNTIRTA. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) sesuai Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1970 dan memberikan usulan rancangan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah No. 50 Tahun 2012 di FKIP UNTIRTA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan K3 di FKIP UNTIRTA sesuai Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1970 diinterpretasikan sebagai penerapan K3 “Tidak Baik”. Dalam merancang usulan SMK3 sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 50 Tahun 2012 yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu tahap penetapan kebijakan K3 berupa usulan rancangan kebijakan K3 dan visi misi K3 FKIP UNTIRTA. Tahap perencanaan K3 berupa identifikasi potensi bahaya dengan metode hazard identification risk assessment and risk control (HIRARC). Tahap pelaksanaan rencana K3 berupa usulan rancangan struktur P2K3 FKIP UNTIRTA, usulan perancangan peta jalur evakuasi di FKIP UNTIRTA yaitu pada gedung CA, CB, dan CC sedangkan titik kumpul berada di tugu FKIP UNTIRTA yang berjarak 36 m dan parkiran 3 yang berjarak 30 m dari gedung terdekat, usulan rancangan display K3 yaitu display titik kumpul (assembly point) dan display larangan duduk di jendela gedung, usulan perancangan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) di FKIP UNTIRTA yaitu terdiri dari prosedur keadaan darurat, prosedur kebakaran, prosedur penggunaan alat pemadam api ringan (APAR), prosedur gempa bumi, prosedur evakuasi darurat, prosedur personil satpam saat evakuasi, prosedur lift terganggu, dan prosedur mati listrik, serta usulan perancangan safety induction yang diberikan berupa video safety induction di salah satu gedung FKIP UNTIRTA. | |||||||||
