Abstract
This research aims to know the student description essay writing skill better and differences in writing skills of student description between using Concept Sentence model using Complete Sentence model. This research used quasi experiments with the description of research group pre-tes post-tes design. This research was conducted in SD Negeri Anyar 3. Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling. In this study, class IV A as an experimental class 1 using Concept Sentence and IV B as a experimental class 2 model using Complete Sentence. The research instruments are 1 descriptions. Technique of data analysis to test hypothesis in this research use t test and t‟ test. From the calculation of the 1st hypothesis test (t‟- test of two parties) obtained or 5,609 > 2,010 then is accepted, it can be concluded that there is a differences in writing skills of student description between using Concept Sentence model using Complete Sentence model. From the calculation of the 2nd hypothesis test (test-t‟ one right side) obtained or 5,609 > 1,667 then accepted, it can be concluded that the writing skills of students who got a description essay learning Concept Sentence better than students who got the learning Complete Sentence.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan menulis karangan deskrispi siswa lebih baik dan perbedaan keterampilan menulis karangan deskripsi siswa antara menggunakan model pembelajaran Concept Sentence dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Complete Setence. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian grup pre-test post-tes design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Anyar 3. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini, kelas IV A sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 menggunakan model pembelajaran Concept Sentence dan kelas IV B sebagai kelas eksperimen 2 menggunakan model pembelajaran Complete Sentence. Instrumen penelitian yang diberikan berupa 1 soal uraian berupa petunjuk. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t dan uji t‟. Dari hasil perhitungan hipotesis 1 (Uji-t‟ dua pihak) diperoleh nilai atau 5,609 > 2,010 maka diterima, atinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keterampilan menulis karangan deskripsi peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Concept Sentence dengan peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran complete sentence. Dari hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis 2 (uji-t‟ satu pihak kanan) diperoleh nilai atau 5,609 > 1,667 maka diterima, artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa Keterampilan menulis karangan deskripsi siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran Concept Sentence lebih baik dibandingkan siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran complete sentence. | |||||||||
