Abstract

Rice supports the energy needs and endurance of the human body which can make every person capable and strong to carry out their activities. In food security and food security, rice plays a vital role because it is a staple food for billions of people. The purpose of writing this final assignment report is to find out the pattern used by Perum Bulog to sell Food and Food Price Stabilization rice in order to increase sales and distribution of rice for people who need cheap rice prices. Perum Bulog as a rice producing company, the company collaborates through intermediaries or distribution channels partnered with Bulog. This final assignment report was prepared using qualitative descriptive writing methods and data collection methods in the form of observation, secondary data documentation and interviews. With results showing that the company entered the first level distribution channel using one intermediary, namely the Rice Shop and Our Food House. In the future, Perum Bulog could try to sell Food and Food Price Stabilization rice to modern retailers to make it easier to find rice

Additional Information: Beras adalah penunjang kebutuhan energi dan ketahanan tubuh manusia yang dapat membuat setiap orang mampu dan kuat untuk melakukan aktivitasaktivitasnya, Dalam ketahanan pangan dan keamanan pangan, beras memainkan peran vital karena menjadi makanan pokok bagi miliaran orang. Tujuan penulisan laporan tugas akhir ini untuk mengetahui pola yang digunakan oleh Perum Bulog untuk menjual beras Stabilisasi Pasokan dan Harga Pangan guna meningkatkan penjualan dan penyebaran beras bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan harga beras murah. Perum Bulog sebagai perusahaan produsen beras, maka perusahaan bekerja sama melalui perantara ataupun saluran distribusi yang bermitra oleh Bulog. Laporan tugas akhir ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode penulisan deskriptif kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi data sekunder, dan wawancara. Dengan hasil yang menunjukan bahwasanya perusahaan masuk kedalam saluran distribusi tingkat satu dengan menggunakan satu perantara yaitu Toko beras dan Rumah Pangan Kita. Kedepannya Perum Bulog bisa mencoba menjual beras Stabilisasi Pangan dan Harga Pangan kepada ritel modern guna memudahkan dalam pencarian beras.
