Abstract

Temperature or heat is a quantity that describes the warmth or coldness of an object. Heat is thermal energy that flows from one object to another due to temperature differences. This study focuses on the influence of liquid performance in radiators on low temperature reduction for active compression systems. The aim of this research is to determine the temperature reduction performance in the reservoir using water and PC coolant fluids inside the radiator, and to compare the performance of temperature reduction between water and PC coolant fluids present in the radiator. Data collection was conducted by analyzing the impact of different fluids in the radiator on the fluid inside the Peltier device. The analysis results indicate that the temperature reduction performance of water and PC coolant fluids in the reservoir can be determined from the final fluid temperatures after 240 minutes. Water achieved a final temperature (T1) of 8.5℃ with an average of 11.82592°C, while PC coolant reached a final temperature (T1) of 11.3℃ with an average of 12.91923°C. It was found that water performs better in absorbing and dissipating heat in the reservoir compared to PC coolant. The initial temperature of water in the radiator (To) was 32.3℃, and it reached a maximum temperature (T1) of 46.2℃, with water achieving a peak radiator temperature of 48.4℃ and a minimum reservoir temperature of 8.5℃. In contrast, PC coolant started with an initial temperature (To) of 30.1℃, reached a maximum temperature (T1) of 51.4℃, with PC coolant achieving a peak radiator temperature of 52.4℃ and a minimum reservoir temperature of 11.3℃.

Kalor merupakan energi panas yang mengalir dari suatu benda ke benda lain akibat adanya perbedaan suhu. Penelitian ini merujuk pada Pengaruh performa liquid pada radiator terhadap penurunan temperatur rendah untuk sistem kompres aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui performa penurunan temperatur pada reservoir dengan fluida air dan PC coolant didalam radiator dan mencari tahu hasil perbandingan performa penurunan temperatur pada reservoir dengan fluida air dan PC coolant yang terdapat pada radiator. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menganalisis pengaruh perbedaan fluida pada radiator terhadap fluida didalam peltier. Hasil analisis yang didapat yaitu performa penurunan temperatur fluida air dan PC coolant di ketahui dari temperatur akhir fluida didalam reservoir secara data dengan waktu (240 Menit) pada air Terhadap perubahan suhu akhir (T1 8,5℃) dengan rata-rata 11,82592oC dan PC coolant (T1 11,3℃) dengan rata-rata 12,91923oC. Maka di temukan hasil perbandingan fluida air lebih baik dalam menyerap dan membuang panas pada reservoir, temperatur awal air pada radiator (To 32,3℃) temperatur akhir (T1 46,2℃) dimana fluida air hanya menghasilkan temperature tertinggi pada radiator yaitu 48,4℃ dan menghasilkan temperature rendah pada reservoir yaitu 8,5℃. Sedangkan untuk fluida PC coolant memiliki temperature awal (To 30,1℃) temperatur akhir (T1 51,4℃) dimana PC coolant menghasilkan temperature tertinggi pada radiator yaitu (52,4℃) dan menghasilkan temperatur rendah pada reservoir yaitu 11,3℃
