Abstract
Development of word card learning media to improve the language skills of class III Student of SDN Malang nengah 1, Siti Sukriah, This research aims to develop word card learning media designed with the help of Canva for Indonesian language subjects in grade III elementary school. This research is an R&D (Research and Development) development research using the Borg and Gall model developed by Sugiyono. The population in this study was 12 class III students, with the sampling technique used in this research using a saturated sampling technique. The primary data source in this research was obtained directly using observation and interview techniques through informants or direct sources, namely the class III homeroom teacher and all class III students at SDN Malangnengah 1. Secondary data sources obtained by researchers in this research were in the form of questionnaires and documentation according to research needs. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The test results show that the level of feasibility of the learning media is very high, the resulting learning media has a validity level from the two material expert validators, a percentage of 96% is obtained in the "very feasible" category. Media expert validation from both validators was obtained at 85% in the "very feasible" category. Linguist validation from the two validators was obtained at 84% in the "very appropriate" category. The overall average percentage of material, media and language expert validators obtained a score of 88.3% in the "very appropriate" category. The overall percentage of student responses received a score of 90% for the "very appropriate" criteria. Based on the results of expert validation and student responses, the development of word card learning media can improve the language skills of class III students at SDN Malangnengah 1.

Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas III yang berjumlah 12 orang, dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh langsung dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara melalui informan atau narasumber langsung yaitu wali kelas III dan seluruh peserta didik kelas III SDN Malangnengah 1. Sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar angket dan dokumentasi sesuai kebutuhan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran sangat tinggi, media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan memiliki tingkat kevalidan dari kedua validator ahli materi diperoleh persentase 96% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Validasi ahli media dari kedua validator diperoleh 85% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Validasi ahli bahasa dari kedua validator diperoleh 84% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Persentase rata-rata keseluruhan dari validator ahli materi, media, dan bahasa didapat skor 88,3% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Persentase keseluruhan respon peserta didik mendapat skor 90% kriteria “sangat layak”. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan respon peserta didik, pengembangan media pembelajaran kartu kata dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa peserta didik kelas III SDN Malangnengah 1. | |||||||||
