Abstract
This research focuses on the Effectiveness of the Senandungku Quick Wins Program in Cilegon City’s Population and Civil Registration Service which is motivated by the existing problems, namely the lack of health facilities that become partners, the minimum number of birth certificates issued to partners, service times not in accordance with SOPs and less optimal facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to determine how much the effectiveness of the implementation of the Senandungku Program implemented by the Cilegon City Disdukcapil. This research uses Duncan's theory of effectiveness (Steers, 2012 : 53), including goal achievement, integration and adaptation. The research method uses descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used multistage random sampling as many as 204 respondents. Data analysis is performed through statistical testing using SPSS version 24 program. The results showed that the Effectiveness of the Senandungku Program was declared effective based on hypothesis testing criteria, namely the value of tcount > ttable (2.879> 1.822) with a significant value of 0.004 < alpha (0.07) which means that the Null Hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. The effectiveness of the Senandungku program according to respondents' responses obtained a value of 71%. This is based on the average results of dimensional analysis which includes the dimension of achieving goals obtaining a percentage of 73%, the integration dimension obtaining a percentage of 70% and the adaptation dimension obtaining a percentage of 70%.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini berfokus terhadap Efektivitas Program Quick Wins Senandungku di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Cilegon yang dilatar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan yang ada yakni minimnya fasilitas kesehatan yang menjadi mitra kerja, minimnya jumlah penerbitan akta kelahiran pada mitra kerja, waktu pelayanan tidak sesuai dengan SOP dan kurang optimalnya sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas dari pelaksanaan Program Senandungku yang dilaksanakan oleh Disdukcapil Kota Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori efektivitas Duncan (Steers, 2012:53), meliputi pencapaian tujuan, integrasi dan adaptasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Multistage Random Sampling sebanyak 204 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengujian statistik menggunakan program SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian diketahui Efektivitas Program Quick Wins Senandungku di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Cilegon dinyatakan efektif didasarkan pada kriteria uji hipotesis yakni nilai thitung > ttabel (2,879 > 1,822) dengan nilai signifikan 0,004 < alpha (0,07) dimana berarti Hipotesis Nol (H0) ditolak dan Hipotesis Alternatif (Ha) diterima. Besarnya efektivitas Program Senandungku menurut tanggapan responden memperoleh nilai sebesar 71%. Hal ini berdasarkan rata-rata hasil analisis dimensi yang meliputi dimensi pencapaian tujuan memperoleh persentase sebesar 73%, dimensi integrasi memperoleh persentase sebesar 70% dan dimensi adaptasi memperoleh persentase sebesar 70%. | |||||||||
