Abstract
Efforts to preserve mangrove ecosystems are very important, one of which is through learning that facilitates aspects of conservation literacy. One of the mangrove ecosystems in Banten Province is in Ujung Kulon, this can be used as a source of ecosystem learning which is developed through interesting data visualization and is integrated with technology. This research aims to develop augmented reality (AR) integrated Ujung Kulon mangrove ecosystem infographic media to increase students' conservation literacy, as well as determine product feasibility based on test assessments by material experts, media experts and user responses. The research method used was research and development (R&D) with a 3D research design which includes the definition, design and development stages. This research was conducted in March 2023-May 2024 in the Biology Education Laboratory of FKIP UNTIRTA and SMAN 1 Serang City. The results of the feasibility assessment for infographic media obtained a score of 85.2% (very feasible) on the material aspect; 93.1% (very feasible) on the media aspect; and 93.1% (very feasible) on the user response test. Based on these results showed that the Ujung Kulon mangrove ecosystem infographic media integrated with AR is very feasible to be used as a biology learning resource that helps students understand ecosystem material, as well as increasing conservation literacy.

Additional Information: | Upaya pelestarian ekosistem mangrove sangat penting untuk dilakukan, salah satunya melalui pembelajaran yang memfasilitasi aspek literasi konservasi. Salah satu ekosistem mangrove yang berada di Provinsi Banten terdapat di Ujung Kulon, hal tersebut dapat dijadikan sumber belajar ekosistem yang dikembangkan melalui visualisasi data secara menarik dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media infografis ekosistem mangrove Ujung Kulon terintegrasi augmented reality (AR) untuk meningkatkan literasi konservasi siswa, serta mengetahui kelayakan produk berdasarkan penilaian uji ahli materi, ahli media, dan respon pengguna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan desain penelitian 3D yang mencakup tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), dan pengembangan (develop). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2023-Mei 2024 di Laboratorium Pendidikan Biologi FKIP UNTIRTA dan SMAN 1 Kota Serang. Hasil penilaian kelayakan media infografis memperoleh nilai sebesar 85,2% (sangat layak) pada aspek materi; 93,1% (sangat layak) pada aspek media; dan 93,1% (sangat layak) pada uji respon pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media infografis ekosistem mangrove Ujung Kulon terintegrasi AR sangat layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar biologi yang membantu siswa dalam memahami materi ekosistem, serta meningkatkan literasi konservasi. | |||||||||
