Abstract
Village prosperity and progress must be assisted by encouraging the improvement of the village economy through village businesses. Villages can establish Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in order to improve the welfare of the Village community. Evaluation of the Batu Lawang Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Program, Parigi Village, Saketi District, Pandeglang Regency is still not optimal. Lack of quality and scope of socialization related to equal distribution of potential and business selection in the community. Lack of human resources in BUMDes Batu Lawang. BUMDes Batu Lawang, Parigi Village, Saketi District has not contributed annually to increasing the village's original income. The focus of this research is the Evaluation of the Batu Lawang Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Program, Parigi Village, Saketi District, Pandeglang Regency. The aim of this research is to find out the results of the evaluation of the Batu Lawang BUMDes program using the CIPP evaluation model theory developed by Stufflebeam (1986), using qualitative data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used is the Miles and Hubermain (1992) model. The research suggestion is to explore the potential and problems that exist in the village so that the business unit chosen is appropriate and can meet the needs of the village community. Carry out updates to human resources or management based on criteria adapted to expertise in their field. Making new breakthroughs by proposing collaboration with new parties to support the addition of business units in the agricultural and tourism sectors. Expanding outreach to the community so that people feel involved in the decision-making process. Strengthen communication between implementers and related parties to discuss developments and problems that occur so as to obtain solutions.

| Additional Information: | Kemakmuran dan kemajuan desa harus dibantu dengan dorongan peningkatan perekonomian desa melalui usaha desa. Desa dapat mendirikan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam rangkat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa. Evaluasi Program Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Batu Lawang Desa Parigi Kecamatan Saketi Kabupaten Pandeglang masih belum optimal. Kurangnya kualitas serta ruang lingkup sosialisasi terkait pemerataan potensi dan pemilihan usaha pada masyarakat. Kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki BUMDes Batu Lawang. BUMDes Batu Lawang Desa Parigi Kecamatan Saketi pertahunnya belum memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan asli desa. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Evaluasi Program Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Batu Lawang Desa Parigi Kecamatan Saketi Kabupaten Pandeglang. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil evaluasi pada program BUMDes Batu Lawang dengan menggunakan teori model evaluasi CIPP yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam (1986), menggunakan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles and Hubermain (1992). Saran penelitian adalah melakukan penggalian terhadap potensi dan permasalah yang ada di desa sehingga unit usaha yang dipilih sesuai dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat desa. Melakukan perbaharuan terhadap sumber daya manusia atau pengurus berdasarkan kriteria yang disesuaikan dengan keahlian pada bidangnya. Melakukan terobosan baru dengan mengajukan kerjasama dengan pihak-pihak baru untuk menunjang penambahan unit usaha pada bidang pertanian maupun pariwisata. Memperluas sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat sehingga masyarakat merasa terlibat dalam proses menentukan keputusan. Mempererat komunikasi antar pelaksana dan pihak terkait untuk membahas perkembangan dan persoalan yang terjadi sehingga mendapatkan solusi. | |||||||||
