Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of perceived ease of use and benefits of use on the interest of trainees at the Tangerang City Job Training Center (BLK) in using the job skills feature in the Tangerang Live application. This research used quantitative method with descriptive approach. The population in this study were 47 participants as trainees at the vocational training center who participated in computer operator, culinary and graphic design training or participants who participated in training between April and June 2024. The background of this research is due to the digital transformation in activities at BLK so that each participant must be able to utilize the Job Proficiency feature in the Tangerang Live application, but in reality there are still many trainees who cannot operate and utilize this feature. Data were collected using observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data processing was carried out with the help of SPSS-20 with T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) perceived ease of use has a significant effect on the interest of trainees at BLK Tangerang City in using the job skills feature, 2) benefits of use has a significant effect on the interest of trainees at BLK Tangerang City in using the job skills feature, 3) perceived ease of use and benefits of use together have a significant effect on trainees' interest in using the job skills feature.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan dan manfaat penggunaan terhadap minat peserta pelatihan di balai latihan kerja (BLK) Kota Tangerang menggunakan fitur cakap kerja apda aplikasi Tangerang Live. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 47 peserta selaku peserta pelatihan di Balai latihan Kerja yang mengikuti pelatiahan Operator komputer, Tata boga dan Desain Grafis atau peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan dalam rentang waktu mulai dari April – Juni 2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampel jenuh karena jumlah populasi yang kurang dari 50. Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah karena adanya transformasi digital dalam kegiatan di BLK sehingga setiap peserta harus dapat memanfaatkan fitur Cakap Kerja pada aplikasi Tangerang Live, namun pada kenyatannnya masih banyak peserta pelatihan yang tidak dapat mengoperasikan dan memanfaatkan fitur tersebut.. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS-20 dengan uji T dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat peserta pelatihan di BLK Kota Tangerang Menggunakan fitur cakap kerja, 2) manfaat penggunaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat peserta pelatihan di BLK Kota Tangerang Menggunakan fitur cakap kerja, 3) persepsi kemudahan dan manfaat penggunaan berpengaruh secara siginifikan terhadap minat peserta pelatihan di BLK Kota Tangerang Menggunakan fitur cakap kerja secara simultan. | |||||||||
