Abstract

A case study in Banten Province about teacher readiness in using mobile devices for mathematics teaching and learning emphasize that teacher have empowered to use their own mobile for use in teaching and learning. The two influential components to reach learning purpose that need to be considered in instructional management are learning resource and learning designs.this researche aim to develope mathematical learning resource and designs mobile applications and its maps for use by junior high school mathematics teachers. The method used is Research and Development (R & D) by following Borg and Gall procedures that involved seven main steps: 1) Need Analysis, 2) Researchers Capability as Developer, 3) Design, 4) Concept, 5) Development, 6) Expert Judgements, and 7) Main Field Testing. Expert judgements has been done by Mathematics Expert, Mathematical Education Expert, and Technological Learning Expert, has showed that mathematical learning resource and designs mobile applications and its maps is receivable to be tested to junior high school mathematics teachers. Based on the average rating that has been converted with percentage range 0-100 %. Earned value from mathematics experts with percentage 89,30 % in best category, earned value from mathematical education expert with percentage 87,50 % in best category, earned value from technological learning expert with percentage 82,50 % in best category. Main Field Testing has a good respon with percentage 82,50 % in best category. This paper emphasize that mathematical learning resources and designs mobile applications and its maps can be used in main user natural setting.
