Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of gadget use on the morals of students in terms of morals towards God, morals towards creatures and morals towards the environment. This type of research is quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire, documentation. The sample used in this study were all students in grades VII and VIII of MTS Baitul Azhar. The data obtained was analyzed using data analysis techniques consisting of validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test and the analysis used was simple linear regression test analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination. From the output processed through SPSS29, it can be seen that t hitung = 11.946 with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, thus t hitung is greater than t tabel (11.946 > 1.998), it can be concluded that the Ho hypothesis is rejected Ha is accepted with a significant 5%, meaning that the gadget use variable has a significant influence on the morals of students at MTS Baitul Azhar. The relationship between variable (x) gadget use in influencing variable (y) morals can be seen from the value of the deterimination coefficient. From the results of the calculation, the detemination coefficient value is 0.679 in other words, the effect of gadget use on the morals of students at MTS Baitul Azhar is 0.679 or 67% and the remaining 31% is influenced by the influence of the gadget

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan gadget terhadap akhlak peserta didik di lihat dari akhlak terhadap tuhan, akhlak terhadap makhluknya dan akhlak terhadap lingkungan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, angket, dokumentasi. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VII dan VIII MTS Baitul Azhar. Data yang di peroleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linearitas dan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis uji regresi linear sederhana, uji t, dan koefisian determinasi. Dari output yang diolah melalui SPSS29 dapat di ketahui bahwa t hitung = 11.946 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.001 < 0.05 dengan demikian t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel ( 11.946 > 1.998 ) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis Ho ditolak Ha diterima dengan signifikan 5% artinya varibel penggunaan gadget memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap akhlak peserta didik di MTS Baitul Azhar. Hubungan variabel (x) penggunaan gadget dalam mempengaruhi variabel (y) akhlak dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien deteriminasi. Dari hasil hitung, didapatkan nilai koefisien deteminasi sebesar 0.679 dengan kata lain, pengaruh penggunaan gadget terhadap akhlak peserta didik di MTS Baitul Azhar sebesar 0.679 atau 67% dan sisanya 31% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini | |||||||||
