Abstract

The creation of a new program from the Minister of Education and Culture, a challenge or even an obstacle for educators to start new learning activities, namely the Pancasila student profile Strengthening Project with an independent curriculum, is becoming increasingly real. This Program aims to make Indonesian students lifelong learners in accordance with the vision of Indonesian education: creating a sovereign, independent, and advanced Indonesia through the creation of Pancasila students. This study describes the implementation process of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in PAUD Al-Kautsar Cilegon. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in PAUD Al-Kauthar Cilegon was carried out in accordance with procedures ranging from planning, implementation, to conclusions and assessments. Supporting factors for implementation include the availability of space and time, a supportive educational atmosphere, a positive educational culture, and support from relevant agencies such as principals, parents, and the Education Office. The main obstacles faced are related to administration, teacher understanding of P5 dimensions, differences in themes between Class A and B, the use of homeroom teachers as facilitator teams, and direct supervision by the principal without the head of the supervisory unit. Although there are supporting and inhibiting factors, educators in PAUD Al-Kauthar Cilegon are able to show a strong commitment to forming independent character and work together well, as well as the competence of learners in accordance with the Pancasila student profile.

Additional Information: Pembuatan program baru oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, menjadi tantangan atau bahkan kendala bagi para pendidik untuk memulai kegiatan pembelajaran baru, yaitu Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan kurikulum merdeka, menjadi semakin nyata. Program ini bertujuan menjadikan pelajar Indonesia sebagai pelajar sepanjang hayat sesuai dengan visi pendidikan Indonesia: mewujudkan Indonesia maju yang berdaulat, mandiri, dan berkepribadian melalui terciptanya pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan proses implementasi proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di PAUD Al-Kautsar Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di PAUD Al-Kautsar Cilegon dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga penyimpulan dan asesmen. Faktor pendukung implementasi meliputi ketersediaan ruang dan waktu, suasana pendidikan yang mendukung, budaya pendidikan yang positif, dan dukungan dari instansi terkait seperti kepala sekolah, orang tua, dan dinas pendidikan. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah terkait administrasi, pemahaman guru terhadap dimensi-dimensi P5, perbedaan tema antara kelas A dan B, penggunaan guru wali kelas sebagai tim fasilitator, serta pengawasan langsung oleh kepala sekolah tanpa kepala satuan pengawas. Meskipun ada faktor pendukung dan penghambat, pendidik di PAUD Al-Kautsar Cilegon mampu menunjukkan komitmen kuat dalam membentuk karakter Mandiri dan Bergotong Royong dengan baik, serta kompetensi peserta didik sesuai dengan profil pelajar Pancasila.
