Abstract
Latar Belakang Laparatomi yaitu salah satu tindakan pembedahan besar, dengan melakukan penyayatan pada lapisan dinding perut untuk mendapatkan bagian organ perut yang mengalami masalah, misalnya kanker, pendarahan, obstruksi dan perforasi,. Appendicitis merupakan proses peradangan akut maupun kronis yang terjadi pada apendiks vemiformis oleh karena adanya sumbatan yang terjadi pada lumen apendiks. Mobilisasi dini merupakan tindakan perawatan khusus yang diberikan terhadap pasien pasca operasi. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini adalah menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan gangguan mobilitas fisik pada pasien post operasi laparatomi atas indikasi apendisitis perforasi dengan Tindakan dukungan mobilisasi di RSUD Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini adalah pelndelkatan stuldi kasuls dua pasien dengan kasus yang sama yaitu post oprasi laparatomi atas indikasi apendisitis perforasi mencakup pengkajian, penegakan diagnosis, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kedua pasien post operasi laparatomi atas indikasi apendisitis perforasi pada pasien 1 Tn.W (24 tahun) pada hari ke 1 pasien belum mampu menggerakan kedua kaki di karenakan kedua kaki terasa lemah, kaku,kebas dan kesemutan dan pada pasien 2 Tn.I (19 tahun) belum melakukan pergerakkan di karenakan kedua kaki terasa lemah, kaku, kebas dan nyeri pada luka post operasi sehingga menyebabkan pasien takut untuk bergerak. Setelah dilakukan intervensi pada ke 2 pasien selama 4 hari masalah gangguan mobilitas fisik teratasi Sebagian. Kesimpulan bahwa Tindakan mobilisasi dini mampu meningkatkan kemampuan mobilisasi post operasi laparatomi atas indikasi apendisitis perforasi.

| Additional Information: | Background Laparatomy is one of the major surgical procedures, by cutting the lining of the abdominal wall to get the part of the abdominal organ that has problems, such as cancer, bleeding, obstruction and perforation, . Appendicitis is an acute and chronic inflammatory process that occurs in the vemiformis appendix due to a blockage that occurs in the appendix lumen. Early mobilization is a special treatment action given to postoperative patients. The purpose of this case study is to describe the nursing care of physical mobility disorders in postoperative laparotomy patients for indications of perforated appendicitis with mobilization support measures at the Banten Provincial Hospital. The method used in this case study is the stuldi kasuls of two patients with the same case, namely post-operative laparotomy of indications of perforated appendicitis including assessment, diagnosis enforcement, intervention, implementation, and nursing evaluation. The results of the study showed that the two postoperative patients had laparotomy for indications of perforated appendicitis in patient 1 Mr. W (24 years old) on the 1st day the patient was not able to move both legs because both legs felt weak, stiff, numb and tingling and in patient 2 Mr. I (19 years old) had not made movements because both legs felt weak, stiff, numb and painful in the postoperative wound so that the patient was afraid to move. After intervention on the 2 patients for 4 days, the problem of physical mobility disorders was partially resolved. Conclusion that early mobilization action can improve the ability of postoperative laparotomy mobilization for indications of perforated appendicitis. | |||||||||
