Abstract

SIMPEG is a system that integrates staff information and data in a structured and comprehensive way, using technology, which serves to process tasks and generate information that is useful in staff management. Banten Province is one of the provinces in Indonesia that has implemented a Personal Management Information System (SIMPEG) in its neighborhood. The aim of this study is to find out how effective the implementation of the Information System of Personnel Management (SIMPEG) in the management of official data in the province of Banten. The theory used is Tangkilasan's theory of effectiveness with its indicators of goal achievement, adaptation, job satisfaction, and responsibility. The methods used by the researchers are descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The research was carried out with target respondents of as many as 100 ASN that are within the coverage of the Banten Province OPD. Data processing techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, and hypothesis tests. The achievement of the objectives planned in the implementation of the Information System of Personnel Management has achieved an effective word. This indicates that the indicator of achievement of the target has reached 78%. Adaptation in the implementation of SIMPEG also reached 77%. The job satisfaction felt by the staff can be said well because it reached 72.5%, the responsibility carried on by the employees can also be said maximum because it has achieved 77%. Based on the results of the research obtained, the effectiveness of the application of the information management system (SIMPEG) in the province of Banten reached 75% or reached a percentage of more than 65% and declared effective.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Efektivitas penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian (SIMPEG) dalam pengelolaan data pegawai di Provinsi Banten. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori efektivitas milik Tangkilasan dengan indikatornya yaitu pencapaian target, adaptasi, kepuasan kerja, dan tanggung jawab. Metode yang digunakan oleh para peneliti adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan target responden sebanyak 100 ASN yang berada dalam cakupan OPD Provinsi Banten. Teknik pengolahan data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis. Pencapaian tujuan yang direncanakan dalam penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian telah mencapai kata yang efektif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator pencapaian target telah mencapai 78%. Adaptasi dalam penerapan SIMPEG juga mencapai 77%. Kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh pegawai dapat dikatakan baik karena telah mencapai 72,5%, tanggung jawab yang diemban oleh pegawai juga dapat dikatakan maksimal karena telah mencapai 77%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, efektivitas penerapan sistem manajemen informasi (SIMPEG) di Provinsi Banten mencapai 75% atau mencapai persentase lebih dari 65% dan dinyatakan efektif.
