Abstract

Good management of natural resources can be formed through tourism so that it can be of high economic value to an area. The development of recreational areas is a necessity in answering various problems that arise after the demand from a person or group of people who inhabit an area or what is commonly called a community. This research aims to analyze the willingness to pay (WTP) of visitors and the factors that influence it. This research uses the CVM (Contingent Valuation Method) method used to estimate the costs that will be incurred by visitors, and the total value of WTP. This research uses primary data obtained from surveys by distributing questionnaires to 48 samples at Istana Taman Cadas, and secondary data with data collection methods such as observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Based on the results of the study, the application of 4A (attraction, amenity, accessibility and ancilliary) Istana Taman Cadas tourist attraction has 4A elements but these elements are not complete and are still lacking. The results of research with 3 scenarios of development offers to be made show that, the WTP value of scenario 3 is Rp 33,646 this value increases by Rp 8,646 from the applicable entrance fee.

Additional Information:	Pengembangan tempat rekreasi merupakan suatu kebutuhan dalam menjawab berbagai permasalahan yang muncul setelah adanya permintaan dari seseorang atau sekelompok orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis willingness to pay (WTP) pengunjung dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode CVM (Contingent Valuation Method) yang digunakan untuk mengestimasi biaya yang akan dikeluarkan oleh pengunjung, dan nilai total WTP. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 48 sampel di Istana Taman Cadas, dan data sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan 4A (atraksi, amenitas, aksesibilitas, dan amenitas) objek wisata Istana Taman Cadas memiliki unsur 4A namun unsur tersebut belum lengkap dan masih kurang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, nilai WTP skenario 3 adalah Rp 33.646 nilai ini meningkat sebesar Rp 8.646 dari tarif masuk yang berlaku.
