Abstract
Indonesia is a country that has abundant natural resources so it is said to be an agricultural country that has the potential to develop agribusiness in the midst of the globalization era and Banten Province is able to occupy the third level nationally in increasing productivity in the 2020 period. This research was conducted during the dry season and the elnino phenomenon was happening, so there were many failures in rice farmers. However, the Marga Rahayu III farmer group did not experience this failure. This encouraged researchers to conduct research on the Marga Rahayu III Farmer Group. This study aims to determine the role of farmer groups in rice farming in the Marga Rahayu III Farmer Group and to determine the effect of the role of farmer groups on the productivity of rice farming in the Marga Rahayu III Farmer Group. The method of analysis in this study is to use descriptive analysis through scoring using likert scale and simple linear regression to determine the effect of the role of farmer groups on farm productivity. The sampling technique was carried out deliberately (purposive) using a non-probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique or it can be said with a census and the number of samples used in this study were 30 respondents. The results showed that (1) the role of farmer groups was in the good category (2) The result of the F fest showed that the role of farmer groups (X) had a significant effect on farmer business productivity (Y).

| Additional Information: | Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang melimpah sehingga dikatakan sebagai negara agraris yang berpotensi untuk mengembangkan agribisnis di tengah era globalisasi dan Provinsi Banten mampu menduduki peringkat ketiga secara nasional dalam peningkatan produktivitas pada periode tahun 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada saat musim kemarau dan terjadi fenomena elnino, sehingga banyak terjadi kegagalan pada petani padi. Namun, kelompok tani Marga Rahayu III tidak mengalami kegagalan tersebut. Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian pada Kelompok Tani Marga Rahayu III. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kelompok tani dalam usahatani padi di Kelompok Tani Marga Rahayu III dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran kelompok tani terhadap produktivitas usahatani padi di Kelompok Tani Marga Rahayu III. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif melalui skoring dengan menggunakan skala likert dan regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran kelompok tani terhadap produktivitas usahatani. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh atau dapat dikatakan dengan sensus dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) peran kelompok tani berada pada kategori baik (2) Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa peran kelompok tani (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas usaha tani (Y). | |||||||||
