Abstract
One type of robusta coffee that is widely known in Pandeglang Regency is coffee from the Blibins coffee processing household industry located. The objectives of this study are: (1) Knowing the financial feasibility of the robusta coffee processing household industry, Blibins coffee. (2) Knowing the level of sensitivity analysis in the household industry of robusta coffee processing Blibins coffee. The data collection method was obtained from interviews and direct observations to robusta coffee processing business owners. The analysis method used in this study is Investment Feasibility Criteria and sensitivity analysis. NVP generated at Rp228,540,859, Net B/C of 2.99, IRR of 76 percent and Payback Period of 2.5. Sensitivity analysis used six scenarios. For scenarios that are very useful in this sensitivity analysis, there is scenario 3, where the calculation of product sales prices is increased to 10 percent with NPV calculations of Rp391,962,432.32, Net B/C of 5.68, IRR of 150 percent and Payback Period resulting in 1.9. This research suggestion for home industry business owners processing Blibins coffee is to maintain the quality standards of raw materials so that robusta coffee products are of better quality at stable selling prices, because this business is feasible and profitable to develop.
