Abstract
This writing aims to determine the application of the implementation of Government Regulation Number 55 of 2022 in the withholding of final income tax on CV X by Logistax Mitratama Solusi Consulting and to find out whether it is in accordance with applicable regulations. This writing uses descriptive methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation. The object of writing is the application of Government Regulation Number 55 of 2022 on CV X by Logistax Consulting. Based on the data obtained in the field during the observation process for 2022 and 2023, the results of the writing show that the application of the calculation is in accordance with the regulations, depositing in 2022 in January, February, April, June, July, August, September, October, November and December experienced delays due to delays in sending data to consultants. In 2023 there was a delay from January to May due to the transition of the old consultant to a new consultant, and the owner's misunderstanding of the new regulation of PP 55 of 2022. Final Income Tax reporting for 2022 only experienced delays in the January period while for 2023 there were delays in reporting from January to May due to delays in document delivery and tax deposits by CV X due to lack of understanding of the deposit and reporting deadlines.

| Additional Information: | Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pelaksanaan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 55 Tahun 2022 dalam pemotongan pajak penghasilan final pada CV X oleh Logistax Mitratama Solusi Consulting dan untuk mengetahui apakah sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan dokumentasi. Objek penulisan adalah penerapan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 55 Tahun 2022 pada CV X oleh Logistax Consulting. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dilapangan selama proses pengamatan untuk tahun 2022 dan tahun 2023, hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan perhitungan sudah sesuai dengan peraturan, penyetoran di tahun 2022 pada masa Januari, Februari, April, Juni, Juli, Agustus, September, Oktober, November dan Desember mengalami keterlambatan disebabkan oleh keterlambatan pengiriman data ke konsultan. Tahun 2023 ada keterlambatan di masa Januari sampai dengan Mei disebabkan oleh peralihan konsultan lama ke konsultan baru, dan kesalahpahaman pemilik mengenai aturan baru PP 55 Tahun 2022. Pelaporan Pajak Penghasilan Final untuk tahun 2022 hanya mengalami keterlambatan di masa Januari sedangkan untuk Tahun 2023 mengalami keterlambatan pelaporan dari masa Januari sampai dengan Mei disebabkan oleh keterlambatan pengiriman dokumen dan penyetoran pajak oleh CV X dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman mengenai batas tanggal penyetoran dan pelaporan. | |||||||||
