Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the influence of business innovation, business strategy, total quality management, and mediation of total quality management on the performance of MSMEs. The population in this study is MSMEs in Cilegon City which amount to 200 MSMEs. The sampling technique in this study uses the purposive sampling method. Data analysis using the PLS-SEM SPSS 25 and WarpPLS 8.0 applications. The results of this study show that business innovation positively significantly affects the performance of MSMEs through increasing production, sales, and financial governance, as well as contributing to the development and sustainability of business innovation.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh inovasi bisnis, strategi bisnis, total quality management, serta mediasi total quality management terhadap kinerja UMKM Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang didasari oleh data yang dapat dihitung sehingga menghasilkan perhitungan kuantitatif yang akurat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Kota Cilegon yang berjumlah 200 UMKM. Teknik sampling atau pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. analisis data menggunakan aplikasi PLS-SEM SPSS 25 dan WarpPLS 8.0. hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Inovasi bisnis secara positif signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja UMKM melalui peningkatan produksi, penjualan, dan tata kelola keuangan, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan dan keberlanjutan inovasi bisnis. | |||||||||
