Abstract

This research aims to analyze how much wages the Tofu Agroindustry in Cijoro Lebak Village contributes to the income and welfare of workers' households. The data analysis method used is analysis of Household Income, Contribution, Household Expenditures and Welfare. The research results show that the contribution of labor wages to household income is 86%, which when viewed from the contribution assessment criteria is classified as very large (>50%). Then, as many as 67% or 16 people of the total respondents can be said to be prosperous. This is because the average household expenditure exceeds the poverty line, while 8 respondents or 33% of the total respondents can be said to be not prosperous because their monthly per capita expenditure is less than the poverty line.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar kontribusi upah Agroindustri Tahu di Desa Cijoro Lebak terhadap pendapatan dan kesejahteraan rumah tangga pekerja. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Pendapatan Rumah Tangga, Kontribusi, Pengeluaran Rumah Tangga dan Kesejahteraan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi tenaga kerja upah terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga sebesar 86%, yang jika dilihat dari kriteria penilaian kontribusi tergolong sangat besar (>50%). Kemudian sebanyak 67% atau 16 orang dari total responden dapat dikatakan sejahtera. Hal ini disebabkan rata-rata pengeluaran rumah tangga melebihi garis kemiskinan, sedangkan 8 responden atau 33% dari total responden dapat dikatakan tidak sejahtera karena pengeluaran per kapita bulanannya kurang dari garis kemiskinan.
