Abstract

The occurrence of the phenomenon of undisciplined learning behavior in schools makes researchers worried about the future of students, so there is a need for help in dealing with these learning discipline problems. This research aims to develop Self Management Module media that can be used as a reference for guidance and counseling teachers in dealing with learning discipline problems that occur in students. This research uses a research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) development model. The data collection technique in this study is by using a need assessment in the form of a learning discipline questionnaire with 71 students, of which 14 students or 19.7% are in the high category, then 24 students or 33.8% of students are in the medium category and the remaining 33 students or 46.4% are in the low category, this is the reference for the researcher in designing the media module. The product feasibility test was carried out with media experts, material experts, and practitioners. The results of the product test in the form of a self-management module obtained an average of 88% or were included in the Very Feasible category for use by guidance and counseling. In a limited trial conducted with 7 students, the results of the N-Gain score with an average percentage of 0.80 or if it is in the percent of 80.62% which is included in the category of very effective. Additional Information: Terjadinya fenomena perilaku tidak disiplin belajar yang berada di sekolah membuat peneliti menjadi khawatir dengan masa depan para peserta didik, sehingga perlu adanya bantuan dalam menangani permasalahan kedisiplinan belajar tersebut. Penelitian ini memliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan media Modul Self Managemnet yang dapat dijadikan acuan tguru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menangani permasalahan kedisiplinan belajar yang terjadi pada siswa. penelitain ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan need assement berupa angket kedisiplinan belajar dengan subjek sebanyak 71 siswa, yang diantaranya 14 siswa atau 19,7% berada dalam kategori tinggi, lalu 24 siswa atau 33,8% siswa masuk dalam kategori sedang dan sisanya sebanyak 33 siswa atau 46,4% menempati kategori rendah, hal ini yang menjadi acuan peneliti dalam merancangan media modul. Uji kelayakan produk dilakukan bersama ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli praktisi. Adapun hasil uji kelyakan produk berupa modul self management memperoleh rata rata sebesar 88% atau masuk dalam kategori Sangat Layak untuk digunakan oleh bimbingan dan konseling. Pada uji coba terbatas yang dilaukan bersama 7 siswa, di dapati hasil N-Gain score dengan persentase rata raya sebesar 0,80 atau jika dalam persen sebesar 80,62% yang mana masuk dalam kategori sangat efektif.
