Abstract
CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) or what is usually called chronic kidney failure is damage that occurs to the structure or function of the kidneys for more than 3 months. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is one of the leading causes of death and suffering in the 21st century. In 2017, CKD sufferers increased by 843.6 million people worldwide. When the kidneys can no longer filter metabolic waste, the patient must undergo hemodialysis therapy so that metabolic waste in the blood can be filtered properly.When the kidneys can no longer filter metabolic waste, the patient must undergo hemodialysis therapy so that metabolic waste in the blood can be filtered properly. Many hemodialysis patients feel anxious and restless when hemodialysis is taking place, which causes ineffectiveness in the client's coping mechanisms. Ineffective coping mechanisms in the client cause the client to be at risk of not wanting to undergo further treatment which will cause a decline in health due to blood not being filtered properly, so it is necessary to take action that can improve the client's coping mechanisms. This study aims to determine nursing care and analyze psychologic support actions using spiritual methods by listening to Al-Qur'an murotals in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. Nursing care includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, nursing implementation, and nursing evaluation. The diagnosis taken for this research was ineffective coping related to inadequate coping strategies. The research method used in this research is a case study with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, questionnaires and physical examination. The action used in this research is in the form of psychological support with spiritual method health education.

| Additional Information: | CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) atau biasa disebut dengan gagal ginajal kronik merupakan kerusakan yang terjadi pada struktur atau fungsi pada ginjal selama lebih dari 3 bulan. Penyakit ginjal kronis (CKD) merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian dan penderitaan di abad ke-21. Pada tahun 2017, penderita CKD meningkat sebanyak 843.6 juta orang diseluruh dunia. Ketika ginjal sudah tidak bisa lagi menyarin sisa-sisa metabolism, maka pasien harus menjalankan terapi hemodialisa agar sisa metabolisme dalam darah dapat tersaring dengan benar. Banyak dari pasien hemodialisa yang merasakan cemas serta gelisah ketika hemodialisa berlangsung yang menyebabkan ketidakefektifan pada mekanisme koping klien. Mekanisme koping yang tidak efektif pada klien menyebabkan klien memiliki resiko tidak ingin melakukan pengobatan lebih lanjut yang akan menyebabkan penurunan kesehatan akibat darah yang tidak tersaring dengan benar, maka perlu dilakukan tindakan yang dapat meningkatkan mekanisme koping klien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan dan menganalisa tindakan dukungan psikokogis menggunakan metode spiritual dengan mendengarkan murotal Al-qur’an pada pasien CKD yang menjalani terapi hemodialisa. Asuhan keperawatan meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Diagnose yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah koping tidak efektif berhubungan dengan ketidakadekuatan strategi koping. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan pemeriksaan fisik. Tindakan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu berupa dukungan psikologis dengan edukasi kesehatan metode spiritual. | |||||||||
