Abstract

The focus of this research is the Community Satisfaction Survey at the Ciracas Community Health Center in 2024. The aim of this research is to obtain data results regarding the Community Survey at the Ciracas Community Health Center. The method used in this research was a quantitative method involving 97 respondents from patients who came for treatment at the Ciracas Community Health Center. These were screened using a random sampling technique where questionnaires were distributed based on the polyclinics available at the Community Health Center. The content of the problem is that the quality of services provided to the community or patients seeking treatment is still low. To determine the satisfaction survey of the community and IKM, we use a reference in the form of PANRB No. 14 of 2017, that the measurement of the community satisfaction index is in accordance with that issued by the PANRB, the value of the IKM resulting from the research. This gets a grade of "D", which is not good by looking at the interval value.

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil data mengenai Survei Masyarakat di Puskesmas Ciracas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 97 responden dari pasien yang datang untuk berobat ke puskesmas ciracas, hal ini disaring dengan menggunakan metode teknik random sampling dimana angket disebar dengan adanya poli yang tersedia di Puskesmas. Isi masalah nya ialah masih rendahnya kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat atau pasien yang berobat, untuk mengetahui survei kepuasan masyarakat dan IKM nya memakai acuan berupa PANRB No 14 tahun 2017 bahwa pengukuran indeks kepuasan masyarakat sesuai dengan yang dikeluarkan PANRB, nilai IKM yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini mendapat nilai ”D” yaitu tidak baik dengan melihat dari nilai interval.
