Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attraction (X1) and service quality (X2) on interest in returning to visit (Y) with positive electronic word of mouth (Z) as an intervening variable among visitors to Waras Farm Cilegon Banten. The method used in this research is quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The population in this study were Waras Farm visitors who had already visited Waras Farm. The sample for this research was 119 visitors to Waras Farm using purposive sampling. Technique of the analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with analysis tool by SmartPLS 4.0 Professional version. The results of this research show that: (1) Tourist attractions has positive and significant effect on interest in returning to visit. (2) Service quality has negative and no significant effect on interest in returning to visit. (3) Tourist attractions has positive and significant effect on positive electronic word of mouth. (4) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on positive electronic word of mouth. (5) Positive electronic word of mouth has positive and significant effect on interest in returning to visit. (6) Tourist attraction has positive and significant effect on interest in returning to visit, mediated by the positive electronic word of mouth variable. (7) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on interest in revisiting, mediated by the positive electronic word of mouth variable.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya tarik wisata (X1) dan kualitas pelayanan (X2) terhadap minat berkunjung kembali (Y) dengan positive electronic word of mouth (Z) sebagai variabel intervening pada pengunjung Waras Farm Cilegon Banten. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif melalui pendekatakan deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pengunjung Waras Farm yang sudah pernah berkunjung ke Waras Farm. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 119 pengunjung Waras Farm dengan memakai purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini yaitu Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan memakai alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0 Professional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Daya Tarik wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. (2) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. (3) Daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap positive electronic word of mouth. (4) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap positive electronic word of mouth. (5) Positive electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. (6) Daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali dengan dimediasi oleh variable positive electronic word of mouth. (7) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali dengan dimediasi oleh variable positive electronic word of mouth.
