Abstract

Hydroponic vegetables are currently favored by society, including those developed and sold at Allisa Farm in Serang City. Measuring customer satisfaction with hydroponic vegetables is one way to estimate customer satisfaction levels. Allisa Farm serves as a venue for hydroponic cultivation development, meeting customer expectation/interests through online marketing. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of customer satisfaction in purchasing hydroponic vegetables online at Allisa Farm, based on the partial and simultaneous contributions of hydroponic vegetables. The sampling is technique used is Snowball Sampling. Data analysis involves validity and reability using the IPA and CSI methods. The results of this study are based on the IPA method (Performance Analysis Index). There are two attributes that fall into the top priority category for good implementation, three attributes that need to be maintained for customer satisfaction, five attributes that are considered fairly satisfactory priorities, and two attributes that are low priority or dissatisfactory to customers. Based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis, it reaches 90%, indicating that customers are highly satisfied.

Additional Information: Sayuran hidroponik saat ini mulai digemari oleh masyarakat, termasuk yang dikembangkan dan dijual di Allisa Farm Kota Serang. Mengukur kepuasan konsumen terhadap sayuran hidroponik merupakan salah satu cara untuk memperkirakan tingkat kepuasan konsumen. Allisa Farm sebagai tempat pengembangan budidaya hidroponik, memenuhi harapan/kepentingan konsumen melalui pemasaran online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap pembelian sayuran hidroponik secara online di Allisa Farm yaitu berdasarkan kontribusi parsial dan simultan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Snowball Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas dengan menggunakan metode IPA dan CSI. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan metode IPA (Indeks Analisis Kinerja) terdapat dua atribut yang masuk dalam kategori tidak puas, lima atribut yang dianggap prioritas cukup memuaskan, dan tiga atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama atau berada dalam kategori memuaskan. Berdasarkan analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) mencapai 90% yang mengindikasikan bahwa pelanggan merasa sangat puas.
