Abstract

Tria Maulidina Junaedi Putri 5551170131 / Department of Management / Faculty of Economics and Business / Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University / The Influence of Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance with Motivation as a Moderation Variable at the Serang Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline (X1) and Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) with Motivation (Z) as a Moderation Variable in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Serang District. The method used in this study is quantitative research with descriptive approach. The population in this study was 95 employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Serang District. The sample of this study used the entire study population using census sampling. Data analysis techniques in this study use Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) using tools SmartPLS Analysis Version 3.0 learner. The results of this study show that: (1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Motivation does not moderate the relationship between work discipline and employee performance, (4) Motivation does not moderate the relationship between the physical work environment and employee performance.

Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 95 Orang Pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kab. Serang. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling sensus. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Stuctural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS Versi 3.0 pelajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai, (2) Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) Motivasi tidak memoderasi hubungan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (4) Motivasi tidak memoderasi hubungan antara lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai.
