Abstract
Congestive Heart Failure is a condition in which the heart fails to pump blood to meet the body’s need for nutrients and oxygen adequately for metabolism. Administration of drugs in patients with congestive heart failure should be considered carefully, because there are some drugs that affect renal function and the presence of other concomitant diseases that require special attention in choosing proper therapy. This study aims to determine the accuracy of the indication, patient precision, accuracy of drug and precision drug dose that occurs in congestive heart failure patient. Noneksperimental research using descriptive design and retrieval of data from medical records retrospectively for 2024. From the research conducted in the research subjects get a number of 61 samples including the inclusion criteria, is congestive heart failure patients with comorbidities hypertensionpatien in Hospital dr. Derajat Prawira Negara during 2024. Data were analyzed descriptively by comparing the results with the standards set inculdes indications, patient, medication, and doses.

| Additional Information: | Gagal jantung kongestif / congestive heart failure merupakan suatu kondisi dimana jantung mengalami kegagalan dalam memompa darah guna mencukupi kebutuhan tubuh akan nutrisi dan oksigen secara maksimal untuk metabolisme. Pemberian obat-obat pada pasien gagal jantung kongestif harus diperhatikan secara seksama, karena ada beberapa obat-obatan yang berpengaruh pada fungsi ginjal serta adanya penyakit penyerta lain sehingga memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam memilih terapi yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketepatan indikasi, ketepatan pasien, ketepatan obat dan ketepatan dosis yang terjadi pada pasien gagal jantung kongestif. Penelitian noneksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan deskriptif dan pengambilan data dari rekam medis secara retrospektif selama tahun 2024. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan di dapatkan subjek penelitian sejumlah 61 sampel yang termasuk kepada kriteria inklusi, yaitu pasien gagal jantung kongestif dengan komplikasi hipertensi yang di rawat inap di RSDP Rumah Sakit dr.Derajat Prawira Negara selama tahun 2024. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan cara membandingkan hasil dengan standar yang telah ditentukan meliputi indikasi, pasien, obat dan dosis. | |||||||||
