Abstract
Non-hemorrhagic stroke is one type of stroke that has many sufferers up to 88%. The World Stroke Organization in its Global Stroke Fact Sheet two years ago, said that the risk of stroke for life has increased by 70%, the increase in deaths caused by stroke has increased by 43%, the prevalence of stroke has increased by 102% and the increase in Disability Adjusted Life Years by 143%. Non-hemorrhagic stroke is caused by blood flow to the brain stops, due to blood clots so that blood vessels are blocked. Death of brain tissue in non-hemorrhagic patients can cause disability, causing impaired physical mobility. Physical mobility disorders experienced by stroke patients can be overcome by means of Strange of Motion (ROM) exercises. The purpose of this case study is one way to carry out nursing care for physical mobility disorders in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with range of motion (ROM) actions at Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Hospital. In writing this scientific paper using methods with nursing care and using data collection techniques by means of interviews, observations, and physical examinations. From the results of case studies on impaired physical mobility in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients, it was found that there were changes and increases in muscle strength in patients with ROM exercise measures. It can be concluded that the problem of nursing with impaired physical mobility has been partially resolved. Thus, requiring further treatment with ROM practice actions on both clients.

Stroke non hemoragik disebabkan karena aliran darah yang ke otak terhenti, dikarenakan terjadinya pembekuan darah. Sehingga, pembuluh darah tersumbat. Matinya jaringan otak pada pasien non hemoragik dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kecacatan, sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan mobilitas fisik. Gangguan mobilitas fisik yang dialami oleh pasien stroke dapat diatasi, dengan cara latihan Strange of Motion (ROM). Tujuan dilakukan studi kasus ini, merupakan salah satu cara pelasanaan Asuhan Keperawatan Gangguan Mobilitas Fisik Pada Penderita Stroke Non Hemoragik dengan Tindak Range of Motion (ROM) Di RSUD Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara. Pada penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini, menggunakan metode dengan asuhan keperawatan dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan pemeriksaan fisik. Berdasarkan hasil studi kasus ini dengan gangguan mobilitas fisik pada penderita stroke non hemoragik mendapatkan hasil bahwa adanya perubahan dan peningkatan kekuatan otot pada pasien dengan tindakan latihan ROM. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa masalah keperawatan dengan gangguan mobilitas fisik telah teratasi sebagian. Sehingga, membutuhkan perawatan lebih lanjut dengan tindakan latihan ROM pada kedua klien. | |||||||||
