Abstract
The purpose of this study was to dertemine and analyze the factor that influence the development of the teaching factory in SMK Negeri 5 Kota Serang. The sampling technique in study is purposive sampling with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students implementing teaching factory learning majoring in Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering class XI TKRO 1 and XI TKRO 2 SMKN 5 Kota Serang. The sample in this study was 47 respondents. The analysis technique used is factor analysis. The results of the factor analysis test can be concluded that the factors that influence the development of the implementation of the teaching factory at SMKN 5 Kota Serang are formed by 7 factors. These seven factors are training learning patterns, marketing promotions, facilities and infrastructure, human resources, industrial relations, management, products and services. The most dominant factor is the training learning pattern factor with a variance value of 17.849% and the smallest factor is the product and service factor with a variance value of 4.457%.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pengembangan pelaksanaan program teachingl factory dil SMK Negeril 5 Kota Serang. Teknikl pengambilan sampell dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive sampling dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam pennelitian ini adalah siswa lpelaksana pembelajaran teachingl factory jurusan Teknikl Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif kelas XI TKRO 1 dan XI TKRO 2 SMKN 5 Kota Serang. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 47 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor. Hasil dari uji analisis faktor dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan pelaksanaan teaching factory di SMKN 5 Kota Serang terbentuk 7 faktor. Ketujuh faktor tersebut yaitu faktor pola pembelajaran training, marketing promosi, sarana dan prasarana, sumber daya manusia, hubungan industri, manajemen, produk dan jasa. Faktor yang paling dominan adalah faktor pola pembelajaran training dengan nilai variance 17,849% dan faktor terkecil adalah faktor produk dan jasa dengan nilai variance 4,457%. | |||||||||
