Abstract
ABSTRACT The aim of this research was to evaluate student’s creative thinking ability through learning practical methods in the Subconcept of waste recyling. The methodology of the research was descriptive. The population the research in SMAN 5 Tangerang class X.1. The sample that used was the X.1 grade with 36 students who choose according to random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a test description and observation sheets. It used several instrument the writen test and observation sheet. The result showed that creative thinking ability of students catagorized as high with respective values of 70,8% and 65,9%. It can be concluded that through practical recyling of organic waste show that creative thingking ability of student has been well. Keywords : Crative Thinking, Practical, Recycle and Organic waste

| Additional Information: | BSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa melalui pembelajaran metode praktikum pada subkonsep daur ulang limbah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X SMAN 5 Kota Tangerang. Sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X.1 berjumlah 36 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik simpel random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah tes uraian dan lembar observasi. Hasil tes uraian dan lembar observasi terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dikategorikan tinggi dengan masing-masing nilai sebesar 70,8% dan 65,9%. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa melalui praktikum daur ulang limbah organik menunjukkan sudah baik.
