Abstract
Background: The second most deaths after stroke are congestive heart failure. The incidence of heart failure in Indonesia reaches 1.5% of the total population of Indonesia. This case study aims to conduct emergency nursing care with ineffective peripheral perfusion in congestive heart failure (CHF) patients at RSUD dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Serang. This research uses nursing care methods which include assessment, diagnosis, intervention or planning, implementation and evaluation with a descriptive research design in the form of a case study. The results of this study showed that the CRT examination of both patients was still >3 seconds and there was edema in the extremity section. Conclusion: The study conducted found that the problem of ineffective peripheral perfusion in CHF patients has not been resolved characterized by CRT >3 seconds and edema.

| Additional Information: | Latar Belakang: Kematian terbanyak kedua setelah stroke adalah penyakit gagal jantung kongestif. Angka kejadian gagal jantung di Indonesia mencapai 1,5% dari total penduduk negara Indonesia. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan gawat darurat dengan perfusi perifer tidak efektif pada pasien gagal jantung kongestif (CHF) di RSUD dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis, intervensi atau perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi dengan desain penelitian deskriptif berbentuk studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pemeriksaan CRT kedua pasien masih >3 detik dan terdapat edema di bagian esktremitas. Kesimpulan: Penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan masalah perfusi perifer tidak efektif pada pasien CHF belum teratasi ditandai dengan CRT >3 detik dan terdapat edema. | |||||||||
