Abstract
The Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) system can support the automatic switching of electricity source connections needed in the event of a power outage at the main power source so that students in the electricity sector need to be prepared with the competence to become experts so that the continuity of electricity supply to the load is guaranteed. With the increase in the use and utilization of solar panel technology, it should be balanced with the preparation of human resources as experts, especially in the field of electricity. The limitations of practical learning media in vocational education that support students in the learning process will hinder the achievement of students' competencies due to the lack of effectiveness in practical learning. This study aims to determine the process of developing learning media for ATS trainers, to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of learning media in the learning process in the subject of Electrical Power Installation. The research method used is development research using the ADDIE development model. The feasibility value of learning media obtained from the assessment of media experts is 70.3 with the category of very feasible. The feasibility value of the material obtained from the assessment of the material expert is 55 with the category of very feasible. The feasibility score based on the assessment of user responses obtained a score of 82.3 with a very feasible category. The n-gain value was obtained with a value of 0.314 with the category of medium effectiveness.

| Additional Information: | Sistem Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) dapat menunjang peralihan koneksi sumber daya listrik secara otomatis dibutuhkan pada saat terjadi padam listrik pada sumber listrik utama sehingga peserta didik bidang ketenagalistrikan perlu disiapkan kompetensinya untuk menjadi tenaga ahli agar kontinuitas penyuplaian listrik ke beban terjamin. Dengan adanya peningkatan penggunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi panel surya seharusnya diimbangi dengan penyiapan sumber daya manusia sebagai tenaga ahli khususnya pada bidang kelistrikan. Keterbatasan media pembelajaran praktik pada pendidikan kejuruan yang menjadi penunjang peserta didik pada proses pembelajaran akan menghambat pencapaian kompetensi peserta didik karena kurangnya keefektifan pada pembelajaran praktik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan media pembelajaran trainer ATS, mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan keefektifan media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Instalasi Tenaga Listrik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Nilai kelayakan media pembelajaran yang diperoleh dari penilaian ahli media adalah 70,3 dengan kategori sangat layak. Nilai kelayakan materi yang diperoleh dari penilaian ahli materi adalah 55 dengan kategori sangat layak. Nilai kelayakan berdasarkan penilaian respon pengguna memperoleh nilai 82,3 dengan kategori sangat layak. Nilai n-gain diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,314 dengan kategori tingkat efektivitas sedang. | |||||||||
