Abstract
This study aims to identify leading horticultural commodities and analyze the potential of leading horticultural commodities of seasonal vegetables and fruits in Serang Regency. The object of research is horticultural commodities of seasonal vegetables and fruits in Serang Regency in 2018-2022. This type of research is quantitative. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the publication of BPS Serang Regency with a time span of 5 years, namely 2018-2022. This research was conducted in Serang Regency in November 2023-January 2024. The data analysis methods used are Location Quetient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quetient (DLQ), and Klassen Typology. The results showed that the results of the LQ analysis of seasonal vegetable and fruit crops in Serang Regency with an average value of LQ>1 were shallots, large chili peppers, cayenne pepper, oyster mushrooms, petsai, eggplant, tomatoes, and melons. The results of DLQ analysis with an average value of DLQ>1 are leeks, shallots, spinach, beans, cayenne pepper, oyster mushrooms, long beans, water spinach, cauliflower, cucumber, cabbage, squash, petsai, eggplant, tomatoes, and watermelon. The results of the Klassen Typology analysis found that quadrant I commodities are shallots, petsai, tomatoes, and melons; quadrant II commodities are large chilies, cayenne pepper, oyster mushrooms, chayote, and eggplant; quadrant III commodities are leeks, spinach, curly chilies, long beans, kale, cucumbers, and watermelon; and quadrant IV commodities are chickpeas, cauliflower, and cabbage.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi komoditas hortikultura unggulan dan menganalisis potensi komoditas hortikultura unggulan sayuran dan buah-buahan semusim di Kabupaten Serang. Objek penelitian adalah komoditas hortikultura sayuran dan buah-buahan semusim di Kabupaten Serang pada tahun 2018-2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari publikasi BPS Kabupaten Serang dengan rentang waktu selama 5 tahun yaitu tahun 2018-2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Serang pada bulan November 2023-Januari 2024. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Location Quetient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quetient (DLQ), dan Tipologi Klassen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis LQ tanaman sayuran dan buah-buahan musiman di Kabupaten Serang dengan nilai rata-rata LQ > 1 adalah bawang merah, cabai besar, cabai rawit, jamur tiram, petsai, terong, tomat, dan melon. Hasil analisis DLQ dengan nilai rata-rata DLQ > 1 adalah daun bawang, bawang merah, bayam, buncis, cabai rawit, jamur tiram, kacang panjang, kangkung, kembang kol, timun, kubis, labu siam, petsai, terong, tomat, dan semangka. Hasil analisis Tipologi Klassen menemukan bahwa komoditas kuadran I adalah bawang merah, petsai, tomat, dan melon; komoditas kuadran II adalah cabai besar, cabai rawit, jamur tiram, labu siam, dan terong; komoditas kuadran III adalah daun bawang, kangkung, cabai keriting, kacang panjang, kangkung, timun, dan semangka; dan komoditas kuadran IV adalah buncis, kembang kol, dan kubis. | |||||||||
