Abstract
Dyspepsia is a health problem that is not only a concern in Indonesia but also gaining international attention. Health problems often encountered in everyday life with complaints associated with disorders of the digestive system. This research aims to find out the theory and application of nursing of acute pain in patients with dyspepsia with the delivery of benzone relaxation therapy at RSUD Dr. Drajat Prawiranestara. This research method is descriptive in the form of a case study, a writing that is conducted using a nursing orphanage approach that includes examination, nurse diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nurse care. The application of benzene relaxation therapy was carried out for 3 days for about 30-45 minutes and obtained results of patients experiencing reduction in pain complaints marked with patients 1 pain scale 6 to the scale of pain 2, whereas in patients 2 pain scales 7 to the degree of pain 2. The results of this study have shown that the application of benzone relaxation therapy can deal with acute pain problems that include decreased pain scale, decreasing noise and decrease in anxiety in patients with dyspepsia

| Additional Information: | Dispepsia merupakan sebuah masalah kesehatan yang tidak hanya menjadi perhatian di Indonesia tetapi juga mendapatkan sorotan internasional. Permasalahan kesehatan yang sering dihadapi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan keluhan yang terkait dengan gangguan sistem pencernaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran teori dan aplikasi mengenai asuhan keperawatan nyeri akut pada pasien dispepsia dengan pemberian terapi relaksasi benson di RSUD dr. Drajat Prawiranegara. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus, penulisan yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Penerapan terapi relaksasi benson dilakukan selama 3 hari kurang lebih 30-45 menit dan didapatkan hasil pasien mengalami penurunan keluhan nyeri ditandai dengan pasien 1 skala nyeri 6 menjadi skala nyeri 2, sedangkan pada pasien 2 skala nyeri 7 menjadi skala nyeri 2. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa penerapan terapi relaksasi benson dapat mengatasi masalah nyeri akut yang meliputi penurunan skala nyeri, meringis menurun dan gelisah menurun pada pasien dyspepsia. | |||||||||
