Abstract
Gastroenteritis is an inflammatory condition that occurs in the stomach, small intestine and large intestine, due to infection with food containing bacteria or viruses, causing more frequent symptoms of diarrhea with greater frequency and watery consistency, and sometimes accompanied by nausea and vomiting. The main problem caused by gastroenteritis is hypovolemia due to loss of water and electrolytes through the stool and vomiting . Hypovolemia disorders in gastroenteritis patients can be treated by replenishing body fluids via oral or parental methods . The purpose of this case study is to implement care Nursing Bad Emergency With Disturbance Hypovolemia in Gastroenteritis Patients in the Installation Room Bad Emergency (IGD) RSUD dr. Degree Prawiranegara . In writing this scientific paper, the nursing care approach method is used and data collection techniques are used, namely interview techniques, observation and physical examination. From the results of case studies regarding hypovolemia in gastroenteritis patients, it was found that there were changes and improvements in fluid status after being given measures to fulfill body fluids. It can be concluded that the nursing problem with hypovolemia in gastroenteritis patients has been partially resolved in the emergency room and the action is continued in the treatment room.

| Additional Information: | Gastroenteritis merupakan suatu kondisi peradangan yang terjadi pada lambung, usus halus, dan usus besar, akibat infeksi makanan yang mengandung bakteri atau virus, sehingga menimbulkan gejala lebih sering diare dengan frekuensi lebih banyak dan konsistensi encer, dan terkadang disertai mual dan muntah. Masalah utama yang disebabkan oleh gastroenteritis adalah hipovolemia akibat hilangnya air dan elektrolit melalui tinja dan muntah. Gangguan hipovolemia pada pasien gastroenteritis dapat diatasi dengan pemenuhan cairan tubuh melaui oral maupun melalui parental. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini adalah untuk melaksanakan Asuhan Keperawatan Gawat Darurat Dengan Gangguan Hipovolemia Pada Pasien Gastroenteritis di Ruang Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) RSUD dr. Drajat Prawiranegara. Dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan metode pendekatan asuhan keperawatan dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik wawancara, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik. Dari hasil studi kasus tentang hipovolemia pada pasien gastroenteritis diperoleh adanya perubahan dan peningkatan status cairan setelah diberikan tindakan pemenuhan cairan tubuh. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa masalah keperawatan dengan hipovolemia pada pasien gastroenteritis sudah teratasi sebagian di ruang IGD dan tindakan dilanjutkan pada ruang perawatan. | |||||||||
