Abstract
The challenges faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in maintaining their competitiveness in an increasingly complex market, include intense competition, changing consumer trends and financial constraints. Therefore, analyzing the economic feasibility of micro, small and medium bread businesses is important as a step to understand market conditions, evaluate financial sustainability and identify appropriate development strategies. This research was conducted to analyze the income and feasibility of micro, small and medium bread businesses. The first thing to do was to carry out direct observations and interviews to find information regarding the problems that exist in the financial aspects of micro, small and medium bread businesses. The need and sources of funds consist of capital and production costs in the form of fixed costs and variable costs. To find out whether the company has made a profit and whether this bakery business is worth developing according to the costs incurred or whether it has not made a profit or experienced a loss, it can be seen from the cost data, then calculate the income. analysis and business feasibility analysis. The R/C Ratio analysis obtained was 1.20 R/C > 1, which means that the micro and small RJ Roti snack business in Cipondoh District, Tangerang City is worth pursuing. The B/C Ratio analysis obtained 1.20 B/C > 1, which means that RJ Roti's micro, small and medium businesses are profitable to run.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha roti mikro, kecil, dan menengah. Hal pertama yang harus dilakukan adalah melakukan observasi dan wawancara langsung untuk mencari informasi terkait permasalahan yang ada pada aspek keuangan usaha roti mikro, kecil, dan menengah. Kebutuhan dan sumber dana terdiri dari biaya modal dan produksi berupa biaya tetap dan biaya variabel.
