Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by their occurrence as a collection of symptoms characterized by an absolute or relative increase in blood sugar. aims to increase people's awareness and desire to adopt a healthier lifestyle, so that blood glucose can be well controlled or complications of diabetes can be prevented, especially in people at risk. This research aims to find out about patients with "family nursing care with unstable blood levels." Blood glucose in patients walking (walking exercise) at Serang City Health Center. The research design used where use a descriptive method in the form of a case study through a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing planning or intervention, nursing implementation or implementation and nursing evaluation. 3 visits to diabetes mellitus patients with blood glucose instability showed that blood glucose instability occurred as indicated by the value of blood sugar levels when respondents 1 and 2 experienced a decrease from blood sugar levels when they were 200 mg/dl, 200 mg/dl to 190 mg/dl. Respondent 2 250mg/dl, 210 mg/dl, 205 mg/dl.

Additional Information:	Diabetes mellitus merupakan kelompok penyakit metabolik dengan karakteristik terjadinya juga sebagai kumpulan gejala yang ditandai peningkatan gula darah secara absolut atau relatif. bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keinginan masyarakat untuk mencegah gaya hidup yang lebih sehat , sehingga glukosa dalam darah dapat terkontrol dengan baik atau komplikasi penyakit diabetes dapat dicegah terutama pada masyarakat yang berisiko.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai pasien dengan “Asuhan Keperawatan keluarga dengan ketidakstabilan kadar glukosa darah pada pasien jalan kaki (walking exercise) di Puskesmas Serang Kota. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus melalui pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pada pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan atau intervensi keperawatan, pelaksanaan atau implementasi keperawatan serta evaluasi keperawatan. Hasil penelitian selama tiga kali kunjungan pada pasien diabetes mellitus dengan ketidakstabilan glukosa darah menunjukan bahwa ketidakstabilan glukosa darah terjadi ditandai dengan nilai kadar gula darah sewaktu pada responden 1 dan 2 mengalami penurunan dari kadar gula darah sewaktu 200mg/dl, 200 mg/dl 190mg/dl. Responden 2 250mg/dl, 210 mg/dl , 205 mg/dl.
