Abstract

Mathematics e-modules are a form of teaching material that can support mathematics learning activities because they can be accessed easily anywhere and anytime using a smartphone or computer. Mathematics e-modules can help students study in class and learn independently. This research aims to determine the level of feasibility and practicality of developing a mathematics e-module based on TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) on flat-sided geometric material for class VIII SMP. Using the ADDIE method which consists of five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. This form of research is a type of development research. The feasibility and practicality of TPACK-based mathematics e-modules can be determined based on the results of the TPACK expert validation sheet by five validators and teacher and student response assessment sheets. The results of the development of a TPACK-based mathematics e-module on flat-sided geometric material for class VIII SMP obtained the assessment results of "very feasible" from five validators and "very practical" at the level of practicality obtained from the teacher and student response sheets. It is hereby stated that the development of a mathematics e-module based on TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) in Class VIII Middle School Building Material has been tested for its feasibility and practicality as a mathematics learning resource.

Additional Information: E-modul matematika merupakan salah satu bentuk bahan ajar yang dapat mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran matematika karena dapat diakses dengan mudah dimanapun dan kapanpun dengan menggunakan smartphone maupun komputer. E-modul matematika dapat membantu siswa dalam belajar di kelas maupun belajar secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan kepraktisan dari pengembangan e-modul matematika berbasis TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar kelas VIII SMP. Dengan menggunakan metode ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Bentuk penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan. Kelayakan dan kepraktisan e-modul matematika berbasis TPACK dapat diketahui berdasarkan hasil lembar validasi ahli TPACK oleh lima validator dan lembar penilaian respon guru dan siswa. Hasil pengembangan e-modul matematika berbasis TPACK pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar kelas VIII SMP memperoleh hasil penilaian “sangat layak” dari lima validator dan “sangat praktis” pada tingkat kepraktisan yang diperoleh dari lembar respon guru dan siswa. Dengan ini dinyatakan bahwa pengembangan e-modul matematika berbasis TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) pada Materi Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar Kelas VIII SMP telah teruji kelayakan dan kepraktisannya sebagai sumber belajar matematika.
