Abstract

The research on energy audit and analysis of electrical energy saving opportunities at Hotel Horison Altama Pandeglang aims to identify potential savings that can be recommended to hotel management. This study adheres to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 6196:2020 and the International Standardization Organization (ISO) 50002. The research method employed is energy audit based on ISO 50002:2014. The calculation of Energy Use Intensity (EUI) for electrical IKE from July 2022 to June 2023 is 167.688 kWh/m2 per year. The calculation of Room Energy Intensity (REI) for electrical IKE from June 2022 to July 2023 is 124.573 kWh/room per year. The largest electricity consumption comes from the thermal and mechanical systems at 1,256.3 kWh per day, followed by electrical equipment at 246.54 kWh per day, and lighting systems at 94.402 kWh per day. The savings opportunities obtained from adjusting the number of lamps in each room at Hotel Horison Altama Pandeglang are 32.39%, the savings obtained from adjusting the AC capacity needs in each room are 40.625%, and the savings obtained from changing the type of refrigerant are 24.48%.

Additional Information: Penelitian audit energi dan analisa peluang hemat energi listrik di Hotel Horison Altama Pandeglang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peluang penghematan yang dapat direkomendasikan kepada pihak manajemen hotel. Penelitian ini berpedoman pada Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 6196: 2020 dan Internasional Standardization Organization (ISO) 50002. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah audit energi mengacu berdasarkan pada ISO 50002: 2014. Perhitungan IKE dengan menggunakan EUI (Energy Use Intensity) IKE listrik pada bulan Juni 2022 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2023 adalah sebesar 167,688 kWh/m2 pertahun. Perhitungan IKE dengan menggunakan REI (Room Energy Intensity) IKE listrik pada bulan Juli 2022 sampai dengan bulan Juni 2023 adalah sebesar 124,573 kWh/ruangan pertahun. Penggunaan energi listrik terbesar berasal dari sistem termal dan mekanikal sebesar 1.256,3 kWh perhari, yang kedua berasal dari peralatan listrik sebesar 246,54 kWh perhari, dan yang ketiga berasal dari sistem pencahayaan sebesar 94,402 kWh perhari. Peluang penghematan yang diperoleh saat melakukan penyesuaian jumlah lampu pada setiap ruangan di Hotel Horison Altama Pandeglang adalah sebesar 32,39%, hasil penghematan yang diperoleh saat melakukan penyesuaian kebutuhan kapasitas AC pada setiap ruangan di Hotel Horison Altama Pandeglang adalah sebesar 40,625%, dan hasil penghematan yang diperoleh saat melakukan pergantian jenis refigerant adalah sebesar 24,48%.
