Abstract

The use of learning media can make the learning process more interesting and enjoyable for students who find studying chemistry difficult to understand. This research aims to determine the process of developing KOLAKSI KIMIA (Digital Comic Material on Chemical Reaction Rates) learning media, determine the validation results, and determine the response of students at SMAN 1 Bandung, Serang Regency to the learning media developed. This research is development research that adapts the ADDIE development model, which consists of analysis, design, and development stages. At this stage, the learning media development and validation processes are carried out by experts. In implementation, limited trials are carried out on students and evaluated. It was found that the validation results obtained were processed using Aiken's validity test, namely, the media validation results obtained a count value of 0.91, while the material validation results obtained a count value of 0.88. Thus, it can be concluded that the KOLAKSI KIMIA learning media is 'valid' and suitable for use. Furthermore, the results obtained based on the analysis of the student response questionnaire obtained an average percentage score of 99%, in the 'Very Good' category. It can be concluded that the KOLAKSI KIMIA learning media has very good qualifications and is very suitable to be applied to students in learning chemistry on reaction rate material.

Additional Information: Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dapat membuat proses belajar lebih menarik dan menyenangkan bagi siswa yang merasa belajar kimia itu sulit dalam memahami materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan media pembelajaran KOLAKSI KIMIA (Komik Digital Materi Laju Reaksi Kimia), mengetahui hasil validasi, dan mengetahui respon peserta didik SMAN 1 Bandung Kabupaten Serang terhadap media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengadaptasi model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahap analisis (Analysis), desain (Design), pengembangan (Development). Pada tahap ini dilakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran dan proses validasi oleh ahli. Pada penerapan (Implementasi) dilakukan uji coba terbatas kepada peserta didik, dan evaluasi (Evaluation). Didapati hasil validasi yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan uji validitas Aiken’s yakni, hasil validasi media memperoleh nilai Vhitung sebesar 0,91, sedangkan hasil validasi materi memperoleh nilai Vhitung sebesar 0,88. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran KOLAKSI KIMIA ‘Valid’ dan layak untuk digunakan. selanjutnya, diperoleh hasil berdasarkan analisis angket respon peserta didik memperoleh rata-rata nilai persentase sebesar 99%, dengan kategori ‘Sangat Baik’. Hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran KOLAKSI KIMIA memiliki kualifikasi yang sangat baik dan sangat layak untuk diterapkan kepada peserta didik dalam pembelajaran kimia pada materi laju reaksi.
