Abstract
A building is the physical form of construction work that is integrated with the place of residence, which functions as a place for people to carry out their activities, whether for residence or residency, religious activities, business activities, social, cultural or special activities. MEP planning (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) requires to be carried out in the construction of a warehouse PT. X in the modern Cikande area to design a safe and quality building installation system. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design a Detailed Engineering Design (DED) mechanical system for warehouse PT. X in the modern Cikande area and ensure that the warehouse meets the standards that can guarantee the safety, comfort, health and convenience of the users in it. In this research, the only tool used is a PC/Laptop that has AutoCAD 2022 software installed. The result of calculating the lights in the warehouse is as many as 96 Pcs, the lightning protection system used has a radius of 115 m, the number of occupants inside. The building is estimated to have a total of ±608 people, so the water consumption per day is 45600 liters/day, the type of pump used is a Grundfos 65x40-315 centrifugal pump, the number of fire alarms is 266 Pcs and the volume of the tank on the fire hydrant is 200 m3.

Additional Information: | Gedung adalah wujud fisik hasil pekerjaan konstruksi yang menyatu dengan tempat kedudukannya, yang berfungsi sebagai tempat manusia melakukan kegiatannya, baik untuk hunian atau tempat tinggal, kegiatan keagamaan, kegiatan usaha, kegiatan sosial, budaya, maupun kegiatan khusus. Perencanaan MEP (Mekanikal, Elektrikal dan Plumbing) perlu dilakukan dalam pembangunan gudang PT. X di kawasan modern Cikande. Untuk merencanakan sistem instalasi gedung yang aman dan berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang Detailed Engineering Design (DED) sistem mekanikal untuk fungsi gudang dari PT. X di kawasan modern Cikande serta memastikan bahwa gudang tersebut telah memenuhi standar yang dapat menjamin keselamatan, kenyamanan, kesehatan dan kemudahan bagi pengguna di dalamnya. Pada penelitian ini alat yang digunakan hanya PC/Laptop yang telah terpasang software AutoCAD 2022. Hasil dari perhitungan lampu pada gudang tersebut adalah 96 Pcs, sistem penangkal petir yang digunakan memiliki radius 115 m, total penghuni pada gedung tersebut diperkirakan ±608 orang sehingga pemakaian air per harinya adalah 45600 Liter/hari, jenis pompa yang digunakan ada pompa centrifugal grundfos 65x40-315, jumlah fire alarmnya adalah 266 Pcs dan volume tanki pada hydrant bernilai 200 m3. | |||||||||
