Abstract

A construction project work certainly wants to be completed on time, but sometimes the work activities of a project can be disrupted by various things. thus experiencing a delay in completion time. One of the causes of disruption or cessation of project work is an accident that might occur on a construction project. For this reason, the K3 (Risk Safety and Health) management system is required to be implemented during construction work because it is also part of project planning and control. In the K3 field there are ways to identify, analyze and evaluate hazard factors in the workplace. One way to identify hazards is to analyze occupational safety, better known as Job Safety Analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine risk safety and health (K3) and to determine efforts to prevent workplace accidents by the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method in the formwork process on the Branz BSD apartment construction project. The results of this study indicate that risk safety and health contained in the formwork process include: wounds, stabs, cuts, scratches. crushed, pinched, slipped, and fell. The highest risk level is the risk of being hit by 7 variables. of the 7 highest incidence variables affected by all variables, namely 17 variables, the percentage of variables that were affected a lot was 41.18% and risk control efforts were carried out using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method so that the risk of workplace accidents decreased by 50.23%.
