Abstract

The purpose of this study was to gain an understanding of the effect of transformational leadership style, intrinsic motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Rama Mutiara Hafidz Pandeglang Regency. In this study Transformational Leadership Style, Intrinsic Motivation, and Work Discipline as independent variables and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. This study applies a quantitative method approach by involving all members of the population as a sample or saturated sample, totalling 72 respondents. The analysis was carried out using various methods, including descriptive statistical analysis methods, measurement model analysis methods, structural model analysis methods, and partial tests (t tests), using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) Version 4.0 software assistance tools. Results in this study show that Transformational Leadership Styles have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Intrinsic Motivation has a positive impact and a significant effect on Employer Performance and Work Discipline has a significant and positive impact on employee Performance.

Additional Information: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh pemahaman tentang Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Intrinsik, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Rama Mutiara Hafidz Kabupaten Pandeglang. Dalam penelitian ini Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Intrinsik, Dan Disiplin Kerja sebagai variabel independen serta Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel atau sampel jenuh, yang berjumlah 72 responden. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai metode, termasuk metode analisis statistik deskriptif, metode analisis model pengukuran, metode analisis model struktural, dan uji parsial (uji t), dengan menggunakan alat bantuan perangkat lunak Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) Versi 4.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
