Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Asynchronous method on learning outcomes on national insight material. The research was conducted at the Leadership and Managerial Training Center, Financial Education and Training Agency using experimental research methods with a quantitative approach. The research design in this study is Pre-Experimental, with the form of design or research design more directed One Shot Case Study and sampling by adopting proportional random sampling technique. To collect the data needed in this study, researchers used questionnaires, learning outcomes test instruments and documentation to 96 trainees in class XII who had been determined to be the research sample. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires for Asynchronous method (X) and tests for learning outcomes on national insight material (Y). The results of the Hypothesis Test used are simple regression tests. The results of this study indicate that: there is a significant influence between Asynchronous method and learning outcomes on national insight material which is significant with the direction of influence is negative. Thus in this study it is known that the constant coefficient value (a) obtained a result of 172.914 and the coefficient value of Learning Outcomes on Nationalistic Insight Material obtained a value of -1.115. This means that for every 1% increase or increase in the Asynchronous Method variable, the average Learning Outcomes variable will increase by -1.11%, and if X = 0, then Y'=1.11. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the Asynchronous method on learning outcomes on national insight material.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh metode Asynchronous terhadap hasil belajar pada materi wawasan kebangsaan. Penelitian dilakukan di Pusdiklat Kepemimpinan dan Manajerial, Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keuangan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian jenis eksperimental dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini merupakan Pre-Experimental, dengan bentuk desain atau rancangan penelitian lebih terarah One Shot Case Study serta pengambilan sampel dengan mengadopsi teknik probability random sampling. Untuk mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan angket, instrument tes hasil belajar dan dokumentasi kepada 96 peserta pelatihan pada angkatan XII yang sudah ditentukan menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket untuk metode Asynchronous (X) dan tes untuk hasil belajar pada materi wawasan kebangsaan (Y). Hasil Uji Hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode Asynchronous dengan hasil belajar pada materi wawasan kebangsaan yang signifikan dengan arah pengaruh bersifat negative. Dengan demikian dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien konstan (a) diperoleh hasil sebesar 172,914 dan nilai koefisien Hasil Belajar Pada Materi Wawasan Kebangsaan diperoleh nilai sebesar -1,115. Hal tersebut artinya bahwa setiap pertambahan atau kenaikan 1% variabel Metode Asynchronous, maka variabel Hasil Belajar Pada Materi Wawasan Kebangsaan rata-ratanya akan bertambah sebesar -1,11%, dan apabila X=0, maka Y’=1,11. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan metode Asynchronous terhadap hasil belajar pada materi wawasan kebangsaan. | |||||||||
